The 2020 Sonata Hybrid comes with many developed comfort and convenience features which include an electric parking brake, Smart Trunk which closes on its own, a fast charge wireless smartphone charging pad, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto screen mirroring, voice recognition through Bluetooth, heated and ventilated front seats and split-folding rear seats.
The Sonata Hybrid is built with a Smartstream G2.0 GDi HEV engine and a 6-speed hybrid automatic transmission. The engines power output for the Sonata is 150hp. The cars electric motor delivers power output of 39 kW or 51 HP. With the power output together it gives off 192 horsepower. The Hyundai Sonata Hybrids solar-panel roof charges the 12-volt and hybrid batteries and gives off 205 watts of electricity. The solar roof gives the Sonata an extra 2 miles and helps stop the battery from discharging from infotainment when it is not running.
